Frequently Asked Questions

How do I place an order?

~BE ADorned Jewelry is available online at my Etsy shop. Find the item. Add it to your shopping cart. When you are done shopping, proceed to the checkout.

What are your methods of payment?

~Online credit card payments are processed via Paypal. Paypal is the safest way to send money online. When you use Paypal you do not have to be a Paypal member.

~Money orders are also accepted to US customers. Please make money orders payable to BE ADorned, 108 McAvoy Rd., Newport, WA 99156.

I am not a Paypal member, can I still pay by credit card?

~Yes, you can still pay me without having a Paypal account. If you don't have a PayPal account, you'll be automatically redirected to a secure page at checkout where you can enter your credit card information. When you're done, you'll have the option of saving your credit card details with PayPal by creating a PayPal account.

Do you sell gift certificates?

~Yes. Gift certificates are available via Paypal. These can be purchased on the Gift Certificate page.

Do you offer discounts?

~Yes. I offer periodic discounts to retail customers who are on BE ADorned's mailing list. To join the mailing list please see the Mailing List page.

Do you sell wholesale?

~Yes. I sell wholesale to brick & mortar and ecommerce shops. If you are a retail store and are interested in offering the BE ADorned Jewelry line to your customers please visit the wholesale page to register for an account.

How does the free shipping work?

~You will not be charged a shipping cost at checkout.

How soon will I get my order?

~All orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is recieved. You should receive your order in 3-5 business days.

How will I know if my order has shipped?

~I will email you to let you know when your order will be shipped.

What carriers do you use for shipping?

~Orders are shipped First Class via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Do you accept returns?

Yes. All orders can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

~All items must be in their original, unused condition.

~Shipping costs are not refunable.

~If the item being returned was received as a gift, an exchange equaling 100% of the sale price may be allowed. The gift recipient should contact me at chris@beadorned-jewelry.com to arrange for the exchange.

~All returned merchandise must be insured for the full sales price, and shipped via USPS First Class mail to: BE ADorned 108 McAvoy Rd Newport, WA 99156

~Shipping charges for returns are the responsibility of the customer.
